La Unión Argentina de Rugby designó el plantel de Los Pumas 7´s que participará de las próximas dos etapas del IRB Seven World Series que se realizarán en Las Vegas y Wellington. Tercer Tiempo
El equipo que conducen Santiago Gómez Cora y Leonardo Gravano viajará el domingo 19 de este mes hacia Las Vegas, donde disputará el torneo entre los días 24 y 26 de enero. En ese certamen Los Pumas integrarán el Grupo D con Francia, Estados Unidos y España como rivales. Luego, el plantel viajará a Wellington, Nueva Zelanda, para participar de la quinta etapa del circuito los días 7 y 8 de febrero.
Los Pumas 7´s ya disputaron las etapas de Gold Coast, Dubai (ganaron la Copa de Plata), Porth Elizabeth donde finalizaron en la cuarta posición.
Previamente este equipo jugará el Seven de Mar del Plata, el sábado 11 y domingo 12, bajo la denominación de Pampas 7. Allí el equipo argentino integrará la zona junto a los seleccionados de Salta, Entre Ríos y Sur.
El grupo que se detalla a continuación, estará formado por doce jugadores, con la presencia de dos debutantes: Agusto López Salas y Lucas Maguire.
