Tal como lo anunciara Tercer Tiempo, Carlos Ascúa continuará por dos años más como titular de la Unión Entrerriana de Rugby (UER), que tendrá un Concejo Directivo con variantes. Desarrollada esta tarde la Asamblea General Ordinaria, quedó aprobado el balance y la memoria de la entidad. Tercer Tiempo
Dada la Asamblea General Ordinaria 2013, quedó definido que el próximo Concejo Directivo que conducirá los hilos del rugby provincial, se compone del siguiente modo:
